CenterPoint Properties recently purchased the 707,820-square-foot Bay Area Logistics Center from LDK Ventures after Amazon leased the entire class-A building back in May.

At the early stage of litigation, courts have been asked by insurers to dismiss all claims because there is no possibility of coverage under the policies.

The tenant, Weber-Stephen Products LLC, will continue its US-based product manufacturing strategy at the 622,000-square-foot, Chicago manufacturing facility.

When it is delivered the 34-story building will be the area's first development to be built under the Affordable New York Housing Program.
