DENVER-Trammell Crow's first quarter report pegs the vacancy rate for the industrial market at 8.5%, up from 8.2%. Some areas did show improvement with the South Central submarket boasting the lowest vacancy rate at 3.5%, while the Southeast submarket has the highest, at 16.4%.
