CAMBRIDGE, MA-In a deal that is good news for this struggling office market, Cambridge Systematics leases 29,513 sf at 100 CambridgePark Dr. The management and consulting company will occupy the entire fourth floor of the 135,572-sf building.

MIAMI-The locally based accounting firm expanded into Fort Lauderdale with the 10-year, 12,811-sf office lease. The new space is located at 515 E. Las Olas Blvd. in SunTrust Center, which is approximately 83% occupied.
