MIAMI BEACH-Copley Partners Inc., which consists of principals and shareholders of Wittek Development LLC, bought the 92-unit hotel here on Collins Avenue from Michael and Pia Simon for $2.51 million, or approximately $27,283 per unit.
MIAMI-The company paid 57th Avenue Associates about $119.35 per sf for the three-story, 31,000-sf office building at 701 NW 57th Ave. in West Miami. The building is 95% occupied, mostly by area physicians.
