MIAMI-The $80 million, 377-residence tower is the first South Florida rental community created by condominium developer Turnberry Associates. Unit sizes range from 938 sf to 2,305 sf, and monthly rents range from $1,250 to $5,500.
PORTLAND-Under a lease agreement recommended for the Port Commission's approval later this morning, Washington D.C.-based Anton Airfood Inc. would commit to 6,635 sf for 15-years, spend upward of $2 million on tenant improvements and pay rent equal to 8% of the restaurant's annual gross sales.
PASADENA, CA-Sares-Regis and Capri Capital buy the 374-unit Holly Street Village complex from Pasadena Civic Center West, a private seller. The sale was complex to orchestrate due to tax-exempt bond financing.
