BELLEVUE, WA-Lend Lease Real Estate's building permits for the 1.4-million-sf mixed-use development expired and came back to life this week as a three-phase project. Lend Lease now has one year to restart construction and five years to complete the $360-million project.
MIAMI-The company will remain in its 22,346-sf office/warehouse lease in Sunrise, FL, where it has been for five years, until April when its new, 50,000-sf building in Broward Lakes is set to be completed.
