HOUSTON-Datascan Technologies heads into 10700 North Freeway, a 72%-leased, 179,692-sf office building in the Greenspoint/North Belt submarket. The lease is crafted by brokers from NAI Partners Commercial and Grubb & Ellis.

AUSTIN-Ryder Systems leases industrial space in Tech Ridge for its longtime customer, Applied Materials. The 290,578-sf building is 50% leased with the new deal, which puts Ryder in control of 288,000 sf in Austin.
