SANTA MONICA, CA-Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt subleases 18,822 sf at the Water Garden II office project. The space formerly was occupied by securities dealer Sutro & Co. The Water Garden II office campus is a 600,000-sf project in two buildings, one comprising 325,000 sf in six stories and the other comprising 275,000 sf in five stories.
