PHOENIX-An animal products manufacturer has taken over an old grain storage facility in the city's west side in a $2.5-million deal that bought the new owner seven buildings on 11.6 acres. The deal closes in just three weeks.
SAN DIEGO, CA-The nation's third-largest hotel REIT plans to use sales proceeds to maximize its financial flexibility and liquidity. The sale of the 317-room hotel was MeriStar Hospitality Corp.'s fifth such transaction for 2002.
