ATLANTA-In the highest per-sf-price deal of its kind this year in metro Atlanta, the newly constructed, 16,209-sf Glenridge Point Shopping Center was sold by Transwestern/MONY Glenridge LLC to locally based Brown and Gruin for $3.8 million after the seller asked for $4.1 million.

GLENDALE, AZ-Park West Development buys another six acres, then sells part to Albertsons. A 54,000-sf grocery and Osco Drug Store will anchor the 12-acre project ticketed for the northeast corner of 59th Avenue and Olive Street.
