RALEIGH, NC-Park Center FA of Delaware bought the 744,499-sf, nine-building Park Center in Research Triangle Park for $65 million, in a deal that includes seven retail outparcels, a single-story retail building and five acres of developable land.

SAN DIEGO, CA-Completed just last year, the multifamily complex consists of 149 one-bedroom, one-bath units; 98 two-bedroom, two-bath units, and; four three-bedroom, three-bath units. Although financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, the property listed for $52 million and was only on the market for 30 days.

NEW YORK CITY-The specialty market known as much for its dancing cows and singing milk cartons as for its fresh dairy products and cut-to-order meats will spend $40 million on a new supermarket and garden center in the bedrooom-community town of Babylon.
