SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA-Proficiency Capital acquires the 22 acres from Wald Realty Advisors and BreitBurn Land. The buyer plans to build industrial space on former oil and gas fields that Wald and BreitBurn remediated and entitled for 400,000 sf of new construction.

AUSTIN-The 4,200-sf branch will rise on about 1.8 acres at 205 W. Ben White Blvd. in the south submarket. When the work's done, the Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union will have an 18-branch network.
