MIAMI-The 156,000-sf store will scale back to 83,000 sf at an undisclosed cost. J.C. Penney will sell the store to the developer, then lease back space, according to a spokesman for the Plano, TX department store chain.

FALLBROOK, CA-The Ingold Family Limited Partnership sells the 4,700-sf building to DEI LLC. The facility is occupied by Wells Fargo Bank, which has a lease term that expires next year.

HOUSTON-Two Houston area businesses have inked deals. Edwards and Kelcey Inc. takes 7,285 sf at Bridgewood I while Mills, Shirley LLP lands 6,378 sf at One City Centre.

MIAMI-The South Florida centers--Ramblewood Square in Coral Springs, Vizcaya Square in Plantation and Embassy Lakes Shopping Center in Cooper City--total 388,000 sf and were sold for more than $50 million combined by Dutch entities.
