SAN FRANCISCO-Round Table Pizza has signed a new long-term lease with Equity Office Properties that will move the pizza chain's corporate headquarters from Walnut Creek to Concord.

WOODLAND HILLS, CA-Kearny Real Estate Co. and the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds buy the 15-building 468,889-sf Warner Center Business Park for an undisclosed sum, but knowledgeable sources peg the figure at between $55 million and $60 million.
