SUFFOLK, VA-Advantis Real Estate Services Co. secures the leasing assignment for the Harbour Breeze Professional Center, currently under development by Becon Construction Inc. Space in the 60,000-sf office park is pre-leasing at $15 per sf.

TEMPE, AZ-More than 130,000 sf of fully-furnished office space here has been taken down in the past six months in large part because it came ready for business. In the latest deal, Phoenix-based healthcare provider Kronos grabbed 54,410 sf of office space.

ATLANTA-Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. of Nashville, TN sold the 28-year-old, 147,000-sf, 58%-leased structure for $10.6 million. The property is located in the affluent Buckhead district.
