CAMBRIDGE, MA-The city continues to be comprised of two very different markets--a struggling office market and a vibrant biotech market. But according to recently released statistics from Meredith & Grew there are indications that the biotech market is heading for a slowdown.

LONDON-Business park developer Arlington Securities has received outline planning consent to re-develop a former British Aerospace site in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, into a 382,000-sf business park.

AUSTIN-One store will open in Lakeline Village at US Highway 183 and RM 620 and the other in a Target Supercenter-anchored property at Interstate 35 and Parmer Lane. Each 31,000-sf lease runs for 15 years. South Austin is next to be selected.

ATLANTA-Kevin Hanna, the Miami, FL native who has headed the Atlanta Development Authority since its formation in 1997, will take over similar assignments in Philadelphia. His replacement hasn't been chosen.
