MIAMI-The $22 million in financing that enables the purchase of the oceanfront land was provided by Citrus Bank of Miami with roughly 4% interest. This is one of three recent land-financing deals totaling $59 million that L.J. Melody & Co. arranged on behalf of Dezer Properties.

WHITE PLAINS-The ownership of the Gateway office building here reports it plans a major capital improvement program for the 19-story, 530,000-sf building. The program's launch coincides with marketing efforts to lease up the first significant vacancy at the property in some time.

PASADENA, CA-The Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based developer and Capital & Counties U.S.A. Inc. of San Francisco plan to break ground early next year on the project in Pasadena's Playhouse District.
