ORLANDO-But another analysis by West Chester, PA-based Economy.com Inc. says Orlando is behind Miami in fighting its way back to profitability in the hospitality sector.

PONTIAC, MI-The General Services Administration needs about 20,000 sf in a "prime commercial office district" in this central Oakland County city. The search area includes Woodward Avenue and Baldwin, Square Lake, Squirrel, Tienken and Harmon roads.

DALLAS-Ginsberg, Brusilow & Wright will add 3,000 sf at Signature Place I while shifting from two suites into one. The seven-term lease carries a Nov. 1 move-in. The office space went dark just two weeks ago in an early termination.
