PORTLAND-A subsidiary of Wright Hotels Inc. has agreed to operate the former Best Western property the City purchased in July and then shut down. The 97-room hotel, across MLK Boulevard from the expanding Oregon Convention Center, is now Inn at Convention Center. Wright Hotels operates the nearby Holiday Inn on Grand Avenue.
