Encompassing 171,039 sf, the building stands on a 3.69-acre parcel in Mission Valley. Tenants here include Blue Shield of California, First Command, Progressive Inc. and Bob Baker Enterprise.

AUSTIN-The 176-unit Primrose of Shadow Creek has signed 18 tenants to date. The Northeast Austin project is a first for the city and a first in Austin for the Dallas-based developer, Southwest Housing Development.

MESQUITE, TX-Europa Sports Products is moving into 37,800 sf at Eastpoint IV in Mesquite. The move is the first location in the South for the fitness supplements supplier, which occupies 100,000 sf in Charlotte, NC and Fresno, CA.
