PHILADELPHIA-Locally based Sunrock Capital Corp. moves its Downtown headquarters to 9,755-sf at Four Penn Center next month, doubling its existing space at neighboring Eleven Penn Center. Four Penn, built in 1964, was renovated in 2001 by owner, Boston-based Leggat McCall.

IRVINE, CA-Timeshare developer MPTV Inc. has renewed its permits to renovate five buildings at its Lake Tropicana timeshare resort near Las Vegas, which is planned to include 144 apartments in 22 buildings, a tennis court, a spa, swimming pools and other recreation facilities. MPTV is seeking funding to complete the project.

CALABASAS, CA-Triliad Development Inc. developed the project, called Canyon Vista Office Park, which will be 50% occupied by The Cheesecake Factory.

DENVER-Golub & Co. will handle the sales of the converted multifamily rental units while TVO takes over property management and leasing responsibilities of the 317-unit complex near Littleton, CO in the interim.
