SAN RAMON, CA-The Bishop Ranch Business Park signed a 10-year lease with ADP Claims Solutions Group for space in Bishop Ranch 1, the park's latest development.

RESTON, VA-Law firm Greenblum & Bernstein moves to bigger offices with the lease signing for 48,354 at 1950 Clarke Place, the 76,000-sf building next door. Greenbaum, which owns the building it is vacating, has an option to buy the structure housing its new home.

BEVERLY, MA-Infogrames Entertainment SA sells 50 Dunham Rd. to East-West Enterprises Co. LTD in a sale/leaseback transaction. As part of the sale, Infogrames USA will lease 55,000 sf of corporate headquarters space in the 105,000-sf building.

FAIRFIELD, NJ-The financial services company will retain its space at 30 Two Bridges Rd., where it is the largest tenant. CRESA arranged the transaction at the 92,750-sf facility for New England Financial.
