ATLANTA-The Chattanooga, TN-based developer is adding this fifth center to the area surrounding its flagship, 1.2-million-sf Hamilton Place, opened in 1987. Called the Shoppes at Hamilton Place, it will be anchored by Marshall's, Bed Bath & Beyond and a third retailer.
