PHILADELPHIA-Houston-based Pennzoil-Quaker State Co. leases the build-to-suit warehouse from Pittsburgh-based Chapman Properties, developer of the $60-million industrial park. This building joins three warehouse buildings, built since 2000, on the property and 1 million sf of renovated manufacturing space.
