LONDON-Runnymede Borough Council has granted planning permission for nearly 200 residential units on the banks of the River Thames at Bridge Wharf, near Chertsey Bridge.

ORLANDO-The $800 million structure, targeting international travelers, isn't expected to break ground until 2007 or until passenger demand reaches the annual 38 million mark, up from 28.3 million in 2001, Orlando International Airport officials confirm.

DALLAS-Trinity Parkway Properties, a Jim Lake partnership, uses a 45,346-sf building at 141 Manufacturing St. as collateral for a 20-year loan. Cincinnati-based Union Central Life Insurance Co. provides the financing.

MEDFORD, MA-Elizabeth Grady Cos., a skin care and day spa company, intends to open 100 new locations in the northeast as part of its expansion plans. The locally based company currently has 22 locations, 18 of which are in the state.
