LONDON-Hammerson has sold its 300,000-sf Freshney Place Shopping Centre in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, to the Duke of Westminster's property company for almost Pounds 100 million ($150 million). The sale proceeds will be used to finance Hammerson's major development programme.
