PASADENA, CA-The Pappas Trust has leased 19,375 sf that was once a skating rink to the music retailer, who plans to build out the site to accommodate its business, including the demolition of a 4,250-sf mezzanine.

HOUSTON-It's a done deal for the leasing agent at Loop Central One and an engineering firm looking to relocate from the Greenway Plaza/Buffalo Speedway area. The new office in the Galleria submarket presented some good opportunities, including the lease terms.

ANTHEM, AZ-The two retailers have picked spots in an under-construction center by San Diego-based Focus Group. Starbucks reserves a 1,600-spot while Pizza Hut taps 2,800 sf for the project at the corner of Anthem Way and Gavilian Peak Parkway.

CAMARILLO, CA-The builidng was erected in 1982 and is situated on 1.3 acres at 829 Via Alondra. The buyer is Advanced Imaging, a locally headquartered company. The acquisition increases the company's presence in the community by 50%.
