DENVER-Greg Mosher tells GlobeSt.com he hopes "to make a decision within seven to 10 days" on the location of a corporate headquarters for the label division of Mail-Well, which his group bought for $75 million.
MINNEAPOLIS-The chain says it will build 10 to 12 new company-owned units and 20 to 25 new franchise units next year. Locations are in Florida, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Washington and Wyoming.

ORLANDO-The Windermere, FL-based co-CEO of Watertown, MA-based Primix Solutions Inc. is waiting on city approval for Veranda Park, a planned eight-building, 550-apartment urban village-concept venture comprising 383,206 sf of commercial; 300,000 sf of retail; parking garage; movie theatre and post office in southwest Orlando, 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.
CALABASAS, CA-Medea Corp. is relocating its headquarters from Westlake Village to the 69,000-sf Malibu Canyon Corporate Center and Business Park. The company is subleasing all but 7,000 sf of the 34,000-sf first floor.
HOUSTON-After subleasing Enron space for three years, EOG Resources goes out on its own in a direct deal for space leased to its bankrupt predecessor. The new deal takes up 142,968 sf at Three Allen Center, part of a complex that had 500,000 sf standing empty.
STOCKTON, CA-Built in 1910 at a cost of $500,000, the Hotel Stockton is being converted into a senior housing complex at a cost of $25 million. A 17-screen theater is being constructed across the street from the hotel.
SACRAMENTO-The Gianulias partnership kept it all in the family with the purchase of a five-building, 97,000-sf office park near California State University, Sacramento. The property is fully leased.
