The seller is O'Neil properties, also located in King of Prussia. PFPC occupies all but 30,000 sf of the building, the remainder of which is leased to ITT Technical Institute.

IRVINE, CA-The Irvine-based restaurant holding company announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, FRI-MRD Corp., has inked an agreement for the stock sale of its 14-unit Hamburger Hamlet chain. The transaction is part of Prandium's reorganization plan, which was unveiled last June.
