TUCSON-The Villa Del Sol brings $2.5 million for its California seller. The broker says several offers were put on the table in the 15 months that the seller owned it. This one was the right one for the 92%-occupied complex.

ALAMEDA, CA-The saga continues between Manex Studios and its former landlord, the Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment Authority. Manex recently won a rental dispute filed by ARRA and is now pursuing $10 million in claims.
