SAN ANTONIO-Two franchisees and three stores are in San Antonio's future for the Austin-based pizza chain. Store openings will take place at Northstar Mall, N. New Braunfels and Castle Hills Market.

BEAVERTON-AT&T Broadband signs an eight-year, $5-million lease for a portion of a newer flex building at 8705 SW Nimbus. The 17-building, 700,000-sf Nimbus Corporate Center is owned by Equity Office Properties Trust.

GREENWICH, CT-Hines reports it has initiated a $5 million renovation program at its 55 Railroad Ave., office property here that will allow the owner to eventually command higher rents, which currently average about $60 per sf. in the area.

UPLAND, CA-Lewis Retail Centers is developing six new retail centers on I-15 and 210 Freeway corridors in Inland Empire area of Southern California. The projects, scheduled to break ground in phases starting this summer, total nearly 3 million sf.
