AUSTIN-Air cargo traffic dips 16% in February comparisons while the first two months of the year reflect a 20% decline. International air cargo was the bright spot in the latest report of the Austin-Bergstrom airport.

DULLES, VA-Washington Dulles International Airport now has its own parking spaces with the debut of a $45-million parking garage--a first for the 40-year-old airport. The five-story structure accommodates 3,700 cars and will be followed by another similar parking facility later this year.

CYPRESS, CA-The company, MCSi, signs a five-year lease for office and R&D space in the Cypress Business Park. The transaction is valued at $1.7 million.

VERNON HILLS, IL-This central Lake County suburb has buildable land for a multifamily complex, and AMLI Residential hopes to close on a site this year. AMLI's 2001 purchase of a complex in nearby Gurnee has been a winner at a time when vacancies have risen.
