SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA-Colorado-based Vail Resorts has purchased Heavenly Ski Resorts from American Skiing Co., who will use the money to reduce its debt. A $25 million gondola sweetened the deal for Vail Resorts.
ROUND ROCK, TX-Micropack Corp., a bottler and distributor of water, has leased an 11,520-sf storage site at Chandler Creek Business Park. NAI/CIP cuts the deal with the tenant while its affiliate cuts a deal of its own to manage the park.
BREA, CA-The 25,000-sf freestanding building houses Old Navy, one of the major anchors of the 400,000-sf mixed-use Birch Street Promenade. Completed last year, the Birch Street Promenade was built as part of a major redevelopment project in Brea.
