MESA, AZ-The latest signing will put a 10,000-sf Famous Footwear into a 210,721-sf power center in Mesa. The larger store concept got under way last year and will continue to dominate the retailer's strategy, says a Brown Group vice president.

CRANBURY, NJ-The 115-acre campus, which offers mixed uses, became surplus property after Church & Dwight (of Arm & Hammer and Brillo fame) bought the Carter-Wallace consumer-products division last fall.

AUSTIN-UCC Total Home adds 2,744 sf of warehouse space to its 6,353-sf showroom and call center at Corporate Center in the north-central submarket. The deal also brings upgrades to its existing accommodations.
