PASADENA, CA-First Community Bancorp has leased 4,356 sf in the Pasadena Hilton Office Tower and the law firm of William D. Johnson has leased 3,905 sf at the same site.

GARDEN GROVE, CA-Buchanan Street Partners has arranged the permanent financing, which yields the borrowing entity a 7.5%, 10-year fixed rate. The news comes on the heels of a record year for Buchanan Street, as the Newport Beach-based real estate investment bank recently announced an increase of 98% in its 2001 performance.

MIAMI-The Pittsburgh, PA-based global organization is taking the space in the multi-building, 1.1 million-sf Downtown complex for 15 years at an estimated aggregate rent of $30 million. The lease is the largest Downtown office deal in the past 14 months, area brokers tell GlobeSt.com.
