FRANKLIN, MA-The Maggiore Company plans to develop three buildings here on Grove Street. The buildings--which will total 201,00-sf of space--will be one-story industrial facilities located in an area that has recently been rezoned as an industrial center.

CORAL GABLES, FL-The Houston-based developer is completing demolition of two existing buildings and a parking garage where the 12-story, 250,000-sf 2525 Ponce de Leon building will be built in Coral Gables, FL, eight miles from Downtown Miami.

ORLANDO-With U.S. Bankruptcy Court approval, the locally based timeshare operator has paid off loans and other obligations totaling $105 million to the Farmington, CT-based lender and anticipates its reorganization plan will be approved before year end. Sunterra had a debt load of $850 million.
