DALLAS-The Finger Cos. of Houston gets a $30-million loan for its two-year-old Park at Turtle Creek in Dallas while a California-based seller reaps nearly $6.4 million for a 30-year-old complex in Fort Worth. The deals are a brief respite from the 2001 close.
