Those buildings that accommodate high-speed communication and modern office design will be winners in the year ahead.

Sales will begin in early 2020 for Union House with pricing starting at $1.3 million for one-bedroom homes in the mixed-use development that will be an anchor for Union Street and provide much-needed housing.

Adeline, a 25-story 379-unit apartment complex, will break ground in Downtown Phoenix in January.

The deal, which is part of Kidder Mathews' ongoing West Coast expansion, includes 535,000 square feet of commercial space and 14 owner associations.
