LONDON-Outlet mall specialist Freeport has unveiled plans for a 110,000-sf extension to its 180,000-sf outlet village at Braintree in Essex. The new leisure-led phase will include a cinema, health club and family entertainment centre.

PHOENIX-Finish-out is starting for Silverado Industries, which has leased 13,984 sf at EJM Development's 75th Avenue Commerceplex. The project reaches 67% occupancy with the five-year signing. More deals will close soon, says the listing broker.
