Tower Holdings Group is developing a co-living and hotel property in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, betting that the asset type is a viable solution for access to affordable housing and community fosterment.

The proprietary platform offers nonrecourse and recourse loans, with a permanent financing option granting 5-, 7- and 10-year terms across the single family rental sector.

The space will include The Residences at The Allen and Lifestyle Pavilion, Thompson Hotel, a fitness club, two restaurants, retail spaces and an office building between downtown, Galleria/Uptown area, Midtown and the Texas Medical Center.

The firm has submitted plans to the county for 235,000 SF of office space and 5,000 SF of street-level retail.
