LONDON- Leicester based house builder Wilson Bowden has severely criticised planning regulations over the development of brownfield sites. Despite forming a key measure in the Government's development programme costly delays are proving the norm.

SAN ANTONIO-Christianson Enterprises has doubled its industrial space, signing for all of a 71,395-sf office-warehouse in San Antonio's northeast submarket. The tenant is part of Round Rock, TX-based American Plumbing and Mechanical Inc.
