NEWTON, MA-Locally-based Hospitality Properties Trust purchases four hotels from Marriott International, Inc. for $101.5 million. The hotels will be leased to a subsidiary of HPT but Marriott will manage them.
ORANGE, CA-The buyer, Matrix Service Co., intends to build a regional office and distribution facility on the 5.6-acre site. The distribution facility will be used for the company's aboveground storage tank services unit. Matrix provides maintenance, construction services and products to the petroleum industry.
HOUSTON-A 3,750-sf office-warehouse has changed hands in the city's far southwest submarket. The holding is situated near the intersection of Texas 59 and the Sam Houston Tollway, in the city's fifth-largest industrial corridor.
