PORTLAND-The three-story, 20,514-sf office building at 2300 SW First Ave. was auctioned in US District Court Wednesday. The building is one of the assets of Jeffrey Grayson and his company, Capital Consultants, accused of bilking investors of more than $300 million.

WASHINGTON, DC-Richard W. Davidson will lead Insignia/ESG's efforts in its local office, which is one of the company's busiest. He comes to Insignia/ESG from CB Richard Ellis.

HOUSTON-Twelve Walgreens locations have come to market as a result of new stores being constructed in Houston, Kingwood, Texas City and Rosenberg. In all, Walgreens has slapped 180,595 sf on the sublease market.

NEW YORK CITY-This building is the first residential housing constructed specifically for ExecuStay. It is part of the company's strategy to consolidate operations in centralized markets.
