DENVER-One of the largest apartment REITs in the country has disposed of $910 million of non-core assets this year in markets including Southern California, the San Francisco Bay area, Texas and Arizona.

DALLAS-All but 25,000 sf to 30,000 sf of the 860,000-sf American Airlines Center will be done in time for the July 28 grand opening. The original $230-million project cost is now $420 million, but it's an "apples to oranges" comparison.

ORLANDO-The inn, of undetermined size and brand, would be built atop the Presidential Ballroom at the 7.3-acre, eight-building, 260,000-sf Downtown entertainment complex now preparing to be redeveloped after 27 years, Daryl M.
