CHATTANOOGA, TN-Columbia, SC-based Atrium Development will be constructing the 61,000-sf structure next to the Hamilton Place Mall, the state's largest retail emporium. Rents will be in the mid-$20s. Chattanooga is 485 miles south of Downtown Charlotte.
