PHOENIX-A Litchfield-based private investor is the new owner of a 35,300-sf distribution center that is leased to the Arizona Republic. The investor has paid $3.5 million, the same as last year's buyer for another of the paper's distribution facilities.

NEWPORT, CA-Locally based Koll Development Co. has acquired a 13.71-acre parcel in Arizona for $4.6 million and plans to build an 189,524-sf office project on the site.

BREMERTON, WA-A $33-million building is proposed for downtown Bremerton, a major gateway to the Olympic Peninsula. The government center would house offices for the City of Bremerton along with 250 county employees.
