SEATTLE-When Albertson's vacated 2211 E. Madison Street in the early 1970s, many retailers said the area could not support a large supermarket. Planned Parenthood then acquired the site and ran a clinic there from 1974 until February 2000.

TAMPA, FL-The Chicago-based firm will lease and manage the 70-acre, 850,000-sf Interchange Center, a mixed use, five-building venture being jointly developed by Triad Investors Inc. and Alex Brown Realty Inc. at an estimated hard construction cost of $65 million.
