DALLAS-Three Dallas-Ft. Worth multifamily and assisted living projects have been OK'd for an aggregate of about $61.1 million in construction financing. The projects will bring 552 multifamily units and 394 assisted living beds to North Texas.

SAN DIEGO-Many tenants have postponed expansion plans in light of an unsettled stock market and concern over the energy crisis, prompting the lowest absorption rates seen in the county in 10 years, according to a new report.

NEW YORK CITY-Tokyo, which placed first last year, moves down to second place, followed by Hong Kong, San Francisco and Paris. New York moved up to 13th place from seventh.
