IRVING, TX-The 6565 MacArthur at Sierra, a 256,000-sf office structure in Las Colinas, has a new leasing and property manager. Cousins Stone starts its search to fill 109,000 sf, most of which had been held by Nokia.

AUSTIN-The Lynxs Group is partnering with a Jackson, MS business to build a 450,000-sf air cargo facility at Jackson International Airport. The first 60,000 sf will deliver in second quarter 2002.

AUSTIN-Insignia/ESG's Austin office has picked up another leasing and management contract, taking the team to 950,000 sf in the past year. This time, Insignia gets the 190,000-sf trophy building being vacated by CSC.

MINNEAPOLIS-Wells Fargo will pay up to $50 million to renovate the 950,000-sf office complex for its mortgage subsidiary. Its estimate for the work at the former Honeywell corporate headquarters was $20 million.
