SAN FRANCISCO-According to a report from Grubb & Ellis, the San Francisco office leasing market is showing signs of stabilization in the central business district, but the area south of Market Street has vacancy rates of more than 20%.

SUNNYVALE, CA-The Internet media giant now says it will sublease one of the five buildings comprising its new 800,000-sf campus here. It also is seeking a sublease tenant for 250,000 sf it vacated to occupy the new campus.

FRISCO, TX-Hall Office Park's newest tenant, Levi Strauss, is settling into its section of a just-completed 150,000-sf office building in the 162-acre Hall Office Park. Another 320,000 sf is under construction and another 120,000 sf delivers this week.

INDEPENDENCE, MO-Lowe's Home Improvement is out of the gate at new the 550,000-sf shopping center near Interstates 70 and 470. Costco Warehouse Club is scheduled to open this summer.
